Link updates

I added two new sites to my portfolio in the last six months, but hadn't updated links here:

• AboutTTY.com - A promotional site for Ultratec's products. The old content worked well enough, but the old design was "harrrible". This was whipped up in about an hour, but I think it turned out well.
• Teletec International - The British distributor of Ultratec's products wanted a new look, but mostly a new organization. The market in the UK was shifting away from teletypes ("minicoms" over there) and towards new captioning technology, which was barely mentioned on the old site. The new site puts captioning up-front, and updates the look & feel considerably.
