Presenting at DemoCamp

Tonight, I'll be demoing my GenCon Events gizmo at DemoCamp6, an extension/spin-off of BarCamp/TorCamp.

I'm a bit intimidated by my peers - all the other presenters have scary-sounding technological whiz-bang. Especially BumpTop.

The strangest thing, is that I was very excited about the GenCon stuff about a month ago, when I signed up as a demo'er, but the excitment has since faded a touch...

Hey Joshua,

Saw you at democamp last night, but didn't have to to speak with you after...had to leave, was getting hungry and feeling fainty...

Anyway, great ap. Really! I was in event marketing for over 3 years and I was doing, what your ap does - manually. And even then, our clients thought what I was doing was great - althought very time consuming. It was a part of the market that was untouched.

You should market it. There are zillions of events that happen everyday and all could benefit from your ap. It is great!

If you wanna chat, feel free to drop me a line.

PS. If you make the code available, I would love to use it for my events!

Cheers,
Michelle

Hi Michelle --

Thanks! I was starving, too. That's a long time for me to go without munchies...

I am working on open-sourcing the code soon. Stay tuned!
