Toronto Ruby on Rails

For the last – gasp – 11 months or so, I’ve enjoyed meeting local Rails enthusiasts at a local pub, for an event we call “Rails Pub Nite”. But, in between Pub Nites, where do you go for help?

The core Rails mailing list is a little like the weather: everybody complains about it, but nobody really does anything. Too much volume, too many “noobies”, too much noise, etc…

So, we’re starting a local community mailing list: TorRor. Call it a place to ask questions in between Pub Nites, or a quieter version of the core list, or whatever.
